Positive: Location is fantastic. Near the river and ocean, lots of good nearby cafes and pintxos bars, shops and pedestrian areas. Apartment is fantastic. Spacious and airy. We were two couples and there was plenty of space. I think a third couple would still have been comfortable. Nice kitchen, well equipped. Beautiful view over the river and ocean from the LR and one of the bedrooms. Good street views from the other 2 bedrooms. Blackout shutters in the bedrooms, and windows and patio doors that opened and could be easily positioned. Balconies in LR and 2 bedrooms. The large balcony on the river/ocean side had nice furniture for 4 people. Could be noisy at night bc of the cafes and pintxos bars nearby, but we had earplugs and were not bothered. Very, very clean. Very comfortable beds. We loved it, and would come back in a heartbeat.
Negative: Needs a plastic spatula for flipping an egg/pancake, etc in a nonstick pan.
Summary: Fantastic apartment!
