The 106m2 house includes a small outdoor area of approx. 30m2.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, in the “canal district”, yet is only a 15-minute walk from downtown Valence, the Valence city center SNCF train station, and the bus station. The Valence Southern freeway exit is 2km away.
When you open the gate, a terrace with a small garden welcomes you. The terrace features a pergola for outdoor dining or relaxing, with a view over the small wooded garden.
The kitchen/living room has large bay windows overlooking the garden and terrace, so it's a very bright room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and everything else you need to make yourself at home.
One of the bedrooms has a 160cm bed, a large closet and a desk. The 2nd bedroom has 2 beds: one 90cm and the other 140cm.
A laundry/dressing area includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are 2 toilets, one on the ground floor, the second in the shower room on the 1st floor.
Books (even a few books in english for kids and adults) and games are available for all ages. Maps and tourist brochures of the region are also available.
We provide bed linen, towels and tea towels. You'll also find some essentials such as soap, shampoo, sponges, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, etc...
We don't charge a cleaning fee, so we rely on you to leave the house clean. If you do not wish to clean the house, please contact me by private message before booking, and I will add a 36€ cleaning fee.
Please note that there is no TV. There is a video projector compatible with Lightning (Apple) outputs, and some children's DVDs are available.
Two adaptive chairs make it easy for children to sit down (chairs are not suitable for infants).
Access to the house is easy thanks to the key box. We live 1km away if necessary.
