The floors are slate tile with in-floor heating, a cozy gas fireplace and hot tub with a view of Red. This suite is accessed by an elevator, to ease the tired legs after a day in the great outdoors.
Morning Star 204 has carpet throughout the hallways and bedrooms and beautiful wood accents, including solid wood doors. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher, fridge with ice dispenser, gas stove with granite countertops. Looking into the living room there is plenty of natural light with access to the spacious deck and hot tub where you can take in the views.
Featuring 2 bedrooms (Queen, Double-over-Double bunk) a full bathroom and half bathroom, marble counter tops. This condo also includes 1 heated underground parking spot, elevator, forced air furnace, Renaii on-demand hot water system.
This suite is a mere 300m to the day lodge, restaurants, and chairlift, no fighting for parking here!

MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us! Please be aware that a cleaning fee is charged for bookings less thasn three days.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
