This holiday house is on the outskirts of Kahnsdorf, right by the lake Hainer See, and not far to the south of Leipzig.
The house is a complete single-family, non-smoking house. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies and terraces. The house stands in the lake on reinforced concrete pillars, sunk about four metres into the bed of the lake. Therefore the entrance to the house is on land and there is access directly from the lake. A charmingly designer interior with selected decorations awaits all guests. The ground floor has a boat garage with a private rowing boat for four people (included in the rental price). You can row the boat under the house through a gate onto the lake. An electric grill and games are provided. There is also a hallway with a shoe cupboard and a wardrobe, a WC with a washbasin, and a laundry room with some small tools.
The first floor has a living room with a flatscreen TV, DVD and Blu Ray Player with DVDs, a radio-CD player, a sofa (which can be folded out as a single bed), books and board games. Here there is also the kitchen with a dining table and four chairs, equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, four-zone electric stove and an extractor fan, cutlery, crockery, utensils and a tin opener. This floor is rounded off by a bathroom with a large shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second floor has a parents’ bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), a white cupboard, bedside tables and books. Your children can sleep in the pirates’ room (very small) with a bunk bed (90 x 180cm), toys and small furniture. The upper floor is rounded off by a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin and a toilet. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge.
The first floor provides access to the balcony with a beautiful panoramic view over the lagoon and Hainer See. The terrace with garden furniture and a parasol and a very beautiful view is accessed from the second floor. There are two car parking spaces outside, along with a large sunny terrace right by the lake with a ladder, also for the use of the holiday house next door, and a rustic bench and a boat jetty in front of the boat garage.
Pets are welcome. There is bicycle hire nearby. Kahnsdorf is to the south of Leipzig in the Leipziger Neuseenland by Hainer See. Kahnsdorf is an idyllic and attractive locality with a nice ice cream café and a restaurant, as well as small shops. The A38 is 12km away, the city of Leipzig is 20km away along a motorway. In Leipzig there is everything for all ages. The regional town Borna is 7km away. The Neuseenland to the south of Leipzig is a large, continuous lakes area with many recreational possibilities. The Hainer See in Kahnsdorf is one of the largest lakes in the Neuseenland. Hainer See consists of a lake and the Kahnsdorf lagoon. This house is by the lagoon. The infrastructure is completely new, with a new promenade for strolling.
