In a quiet part of a small Podhale settlement, with a beautiful view of the mountain panorama, there is an exceptionally comfortable villa in a highlander style. The Czarny Dunajec River flows at a distance of approx. 500 m. In the summer you can sunbathe and help your feet in its icy, crystal clear waters. It is about 1 km to the entrance to the Chochołowska Valley and the Lejowa Valley (one of the most attractive mountain hiking trails). To the center of the capital of the Polish Tatra Mountains - Zakopane, about 7 km. In winter, there are many ski lifts and ski schools in Witów. A beautiful, elegant villa in the style of highlanders is prepared for comfortable rest for 7 people. The house has a private plot ensuring the intimacy of your stay. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a table with chairs and a TV (Netflix is available). There is also a 2-seater sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen is connected to the living room. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room (washing machine, iron). On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms with balconies and an additional mezzanine with a sofa for 1 person. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. On the terrace (partially roofed), there is a set of garden furniture. There are barbecue facilities. The house has heating. Wireless internet is available. There is a parking lot next to the house. There is a lot of green meadow ideal for relaxing sunbathing. In autumn, a herd of sheep grazes nearby, which is a special attraction for children. In spring, the house is surrounded by a carpet of crocuses. Attractions in the area: In the immediate vicinity it is possible to buy local, healthy food products: eggs, liqueurs, sheep cheese, honey, mushrooms, blueberries, blueberries. Within a radius of 1-3 km, there are several restaurants recommended by the hosts, where you can taste regional dishes. In the neighborhood it is possible to organize a horse-drawn carriage trip, and in winter a fantastic sleigh ride. Within walking distance, there are the scenic Ciepówka, and right behind it Mietłówka, a little further - a picturesque chapel on Płazówka. The nearby forest is entwined with cycling paths, and for lovers of hiking, we have nearby the Chochołówka Valley, Kościeliska Valley or the less frequented Lejowa Valley. You can also simply walk along the nearest Rysulówka street and admire the Tatra Mountains and traditional highland buildings along the way. Nearby there is a horse farm (2 km), a mountain climbing wall (2 km), a rope park in front of the entrance to the Chochołowska Valley (2 km) as well as clearings and forests with lots of streams. In winter, the surrounding ski lifts invite you (approx. 2-3 km from the house). There are ski schools and ski equipment rentals.
