Positive: The hotel looks and feels grand with Great facilities! The room is clean, spacious and comfortable- a separate bath, toilet and a bathtub. The slide kids bunk bed is a hit. The kids love the bunk bed. The stay includes an unlimited free entrance to the indoor playground. Breakfast spread is good :). The pool is equipped with fun slides and a foam party in the evening which the kids love. There are a number of dinner options just directly opposite the hotel which is just a minute walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Happy helped us throughout our stay guiding us with all the questions we had and making our stay a very pleasant one. Thanks Happy!! We will choose Sangem moon again if I come back again. It's really an exceptional hotel!!
