The 6th arrondissement, a real Lyon lung with its Park and zoo. It is often described as the most chic district of Lyon with wide avenues (Boulevard des Belges, Rue Duquesne, Avenue Foch ...) lined with beautiful buildings and mansions with a view of the Parc de la Tête d'Or. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
