Totally remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath upper floor corner unit located in the highly sought after Plantation Golf and Country Club in Westchester Gardens. This is a third floor unit and has an elevator for easy access, or if you prefer, stairs are nearby.
Unit was completely remodeled and decorated in a modern farmhouse decor. All new plumbing, wiring, drywall, paint, and fixtures. HVAC system replaced in 2023.

Living room has a comfortable sofa, oversized chair, and leather recliner, along with 65" flat screen smart TV. If you feel like eating in, The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need from making a snack to cooking a gourmet meal. Enjoy your meal out on the screened-in terrace with a view or relax in one of the club chairs with ottoman.
The heated community pool is a short walk away.
This property is perfect for short getaways (inquire within) extended vacations or business trips. Everything you need is provided, from the kitchen utensils to ironing board etc just bring your suitcase. We also provide a supply of basic necessities to start you off, including toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and hand soap. Just minutes from several fantastic beaches, shopping and fabulous restaurants. Enjoy your evening cocktail or morning coffee on the screened in terrace with a spectacular view overlooking the 9th hole of one of Southwest Florida's best golf courses (LPGA qualifying course).
There is an assigned covered parking spot for one vehicle with ample parking for additional vehicles.
