For fishing enthusiasts, the banks of the Garonne and Noue rivers are nearby, while those interested in exploring will appreciate the surrounding sites: Salies-du-Salat with its thermal baths, casino, and golf course (10 km), the earthenware town of Martres-Tolosane (8 km), the Prehistory Museum of Aurignac (10 km), and the Cazères lake (15 km). The cottage features a private, enclosed plot with a gravelled courtyard, a terrace adjoining the kitchen, and a summer kitchen under a lean-to equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue built into an old wood-burning stove, a refrigerator, and a water feature.
