The large holiday home is located at 900 m above sea level in a wonderful, quiet location in the middle of the Carinthian Nockberge. The furnishings are traditional, and from the house you have a great view of the surrounding nature. The holiday home has several double rooms with shower/WC, and there is also a single room. The spacious garden area offers plenty of space and several seating and relaxation options. A highlight, especially for groups, is the spacious kitchen with seating area and pantry, next to two large dining and lounge rooms, perfect for social gatherings. Another highlight is the outdoor pool, which can be used free of charge from mid-June to the end of August. The Birkenhof is located almost in the center of Carinthia, in the middle of the beautiful Nockberge, which are ideal for hiking and skiing. In the nearby Gerlitzen ski center, 20 lifts and numerous ski slopes await enthusiastic winter sports enthusiasts, with something for beginners and advanced skiers alike. If you want to try something different, you can try tobogganing, winter hiking or ski touring. In summer, numerous lakes, including the beautiful Ossiachersee, can be reached within a short time by car. A bathing area on the natural beach of the idyllic Afritzer See (approx. 3 km) is included. Villach is around 15 km away, a city full of history and flair. Let yourself be enchanted by great events and the special ambience.
