Positive: Nice spacious apartment. Comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Nice neighbourhood.

Negative: We could not regulate the temperature. It was very hot in the apartment. A fan was offered, but I don't find that very comfy. So the only solution was to open the windows, unfortunately. And what I found a pity was the high price, that lowered my price-qualilty perception. There was a big fair nearby and therefore the price of the apartment was high, may be even a bit overpriced. I can somehow understand this, but when you do such a thing, it would be nice to offer on the side a little bit more than the cheapest, most basic products (f.i. the shower gel), non-synthetic bedsheets and not just two cups for the coffee. For me this would have lowered my perception of overpriced accommodation. I would have perceived the owner a bit more 'caring' then.
