Located on the edge of Waunakee and minutes from Madison, it will seem like you are miles from anywhere while you enjoy our Modern farmhouse surrounded by farmland & bird sanctuary nearby. You will have beautiful sunsets from the deck off the living room and kitchen featuring 24' of sliding glass doors that open to allow true indoor/outdoor living that overlooks backyard firepit with waterfall landscape and enjoy hot tub under the stars in the evening. Dozens of Sandhill Cranes share the landscape around our property along with other local wildlife. Update 1/1/2023 New Landscaping was installed in Fall of 2022. Photos are from previous long term tenant. New photos will be added once furniture is installed to show the living space.
