Guest bedroom has windows overlooking intracoastal waterway , twin beds with Simmons’s Beauty Rest mattress sets, closet, dresser, nightstand full length mirror and door to guest bath with has beautiful tiled shower with handheld shower head (great for kids and handicapped )and lavatory with etched glass shower doors and access door to condo common area. Dining area has beautiful chandelier and large glass table with six chairs with window overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Large rectangular patio directly on Crescent Beach has quality patio furniture and can be accessed from sliding doors from living room or master bedroom. Parking in covered garage and storage unit access with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. for guest use. Truly a luxury condo with spectacular views.
