Travel Purpose: business

Positive: It was close to where we wanted to be, it was clean, and the food was good at the restaurant. However, when I booked, they asked when we would likely arrive. I told them it would be between 8-9 pm yet they didn't then tell me that no one would be at reception to give me keys after 6pm. They sent me a What's App message 3 minutes before they left at 6pm that they wouldn't be there and gave me a "link" on how to get my keys. The link wasn't an actual link. I had to try to type the website address into Google after dark and it didn't end up providing me anything useful. Luckily, we had family in town and were able to stay with them but had that not been the case, we would have been stranded for the night. Also, the rooms are only made for a couple with children, not adults only. No coffee was available in the room or the lobby outside of a vending machine that didn't actually work. The steps going to the beds that are elevated were far apart and a danger to an adult or children going up or down during the night. Also, the only cover on the bed was a heavy comforter. A sheet or blanket would have been nice as the comforter was too hot. I will never stay here again.
