The house is arranged on three levels. On the ground floor, there is the large open space living room, consisting of a relaxation area with a sofa and armchair for reading and chatting with friends, and a dining area with a table for 4 people, opposite to which there is the modern kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare and serve meals like at home. The living room overlooks the garden, with a patio furnished with a table for outdoor dining and a green lawn. Climbing the first staircase leads you to the 1st floor, where there is a large master bedroom with a chest of drawers for storing one\'s wardrobe, and a modern bathroom with shower. Going up the staircase again brings you to the 2nd floor, with another large room, furnished with a sofa and TV cabinet for watching a movie and relaxing, and a desk suitable for studying and working; the sofa becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.).There is also a service bathroom here.
On the patio, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for guests.
