Its has been recently completely renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. It has an open fireplace, sitting room and dining area. The bathroom has a stunning roll top bath, wet room shower with waterfall shower and under floor heating. and is wheel chair accessible. It has a well equipped kitchen, with oven, hon, fridge and freezer and washing machine.. There is an outside patio area with seating, and views up to Grosmont House. Three Trees Cottage is all on the ground floor and it can be used in conjunction with two bedroomed Sir Nigel Gresley Cottage next door. The cottage is ideal for a relaxing break as well as offering the superb walking and cycling for those seeking a more active holiday.
