Welcome to our cozy semi-detached house on the beautiful island of Fehmarn! With a generous living space of 90m² spread across two floors, our house offers room for up to 6 adults. If you're traveling with additional guests or children, we are happy to provide an extra single bed or a cot upon request.
Ground Floor: Pure Comfort On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming living room that seamlessly transitions into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Here, you have everything you need for a relaxing stay: stove and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, and toaster. Directly from the living room, you have access to the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue – perfect for enjoying the fresh air. A practical awning provides pleasant shade. The bathroom is modern and features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a hairdryer.
First Floor: Relaxation and Privacy On the first floor, there are two cozy bedrooms, which can be darkened with shutters to allow you to rest according to your own rhythm. A guest WC adds extra comfort.
Of course, even on vacation, you don't have to miss out on modern conveniences: the house is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a telephone connection, and a SMART TV to keep you well connected.
Location: Nature, Beach, and Relaxation Our semi-detached house is located in a small, picturesque village on the western side of Fehmarn, right next to the natural paradise Wallnau-Fehmarn – a well-known waterfowl reserve. The nearby beaches of Bojendorf, Wallnau, and Püttsee are just a few minutes away, and a small bike path leads directly to the Baltic Sea beach.
In the neighboring village (1.5 km), you'll find everything you need for daily life – from bakeries and banks to doctors. Numerous restaurants invite you to take a break, and you’ll also find bike rentals for your excursions. The popular Baltic Sea harbor Orth (3.8 km away) enchants with its maritime charm, and the island's capital, Burg, is only 10 km away, where you can discover a variety of shops and restaurants.
Parking & Extras For your vehicles, two free parking spaces are available directly on the property (with some skill, even 5 cars can fit). We also offer a private wall box for electric cars – the cost will be charged separately based on usage.
For the Perfect Stay Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Dogs are welcome upon request, and smoking is allowed in the outdoor area. The garden is fenced, making it safe for your pets.
