The property has a front-facing covered terrace, which is why you can use it even in bad weather. From here you have a beautiful view over the resort. Behind the house is another terrace, where you can barbecue in nice weather.
The vacation complex is located in a forest, which is built on the hills of the Wilsumer Berge. Through the well-marked hiking and biking trails you can make beautiful extensive tours.
In the vacation area there are several playgrounds for the little ones and a swimming lake for all guests. There is also a restaurant and a café, here you can also play billiards or darts and meet with other vacation guests.
In Nordhorn, which is about 12 km away, there is a nature zoo that is open all year round. Various shopping facilities are located in Ulsen, about 2 km away.
