On the ground floor, it features a living/dining area with fireplace, a fitted kitchen with access to the terrace, a walk-in shower room, a toilet, and a laundry area. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, private shower room, and toilet), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), and 1 bedroom (2 single beds + 2 bunk beds). Enclosed outdoor lawn area; electric/wood heating.
