Belkmerduinen number 27, called Casa de SiTia by the owners, was completely renovated in 2023. It is a comfortable and modernly furnished holiday home on Bungalowpark "Belkmerduinen". The house is located right on the edge of the central car park. This park is within walking and cycling distance of the sea and beach.
Living room and kitchen
The house has a spacious, open-plan kitchen with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a microwave, an oven, a fridge with separate freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine (filter and Senseo), kettle and enough cooking and baking utensils to prepare the most delicious dishes. Via the dining area, you reach the living room with a cosy seating area with television. The living room gives direct access to the terrace via a sliding door.
Sanitary
The house has a bathroom with washbasin, shower and 2nd toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. This makes the house suitable for families as well as groups of friends.
Three bedrooms
The house has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed (box spring) with double duvet. This room also has a spacious wardrobe. Via the stairs you reach the first floor. Here there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single box-spring beds in each room. There is also plenty of storage space.
Garden
At the back of the house is a sunny, enclosed garden where you can enjoy the sun. Is it too hot in the sun? Then there is an extra terrace in the shade at the back of the garden.
