Positive: Booked 2 rooms did not have access to second bedroom upon arrival. There were 2 of us and the host assumed we would not need the bedroom. I requested access, no problems getting it unlocked. Was obvious the host did not expect us to use the room as the bed was missing a sheet. Late at night so did not wake the host to correct. Subsequently I am being asked to pay for a sheet that was never there. The host has not returned my calls to address this matter. Post stay communication to resolve this matter has been nonexistent, calls / messages not returned.
Summary: Charges for item that was not there!
