Wifi, Barbque available, 2 3/4 acre pond close by, Gazebo and tables. No alcohol, no smoking, no events, no drugs, no pets. We are all special, but....The rules are here for a reason. No exceptions! We have farm animals, Peacocks and peafowl, small dogs, a cat, wildlife, Canadian Geese on the pond. Fishing permitted Seasonally and weather permitted (Catch and release). Fourth Season as hosts!
