Villa Haja Saúde is a delightful 3-bedroom holiday villa enjoying a prime location in the Quinta dos Álamos complex, a few minutes’ walk from the town of Guia. With free Wi-Fi, a private heated swimming pool and a beautiful garden, this villa provides the perfect setting for a relaxing Algarve holiday.
The charming villa has 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 1 twin bedroom, as well as 3 bathrooms (one is en-suite). The kitchen is bright and spacious, complete with a breakfast table and barn doors leading outside to the brick BBQ. The living / dining room has a large comfortable sofa, TV with several international channels and large patio doors leading onto an inviting covered terrace.
Outside, you can unwind in the peaceful garden or enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining area. The private swimming pool is heated by solar panels (the temperature will always depend on the weather), with sunbeds available for soaking up the warm sun. The property is fully fenced with space to park one car on the driveway.
The charming town of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (spicy chicken), banks and bakeries, is just a few minutes' walk away and the Algarve Shopping centre, with a variety of shops, supermarket and restaurants is within a 20-minute walk. The city of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming old town along Pescadores beach and the Strip, with quality restaurants, bars, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 7-minute drive.
The Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance by car, as well as beautiful beaches such as Salgados, Lourenço or São Rafael.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
