This freshly remodeled home is designed with your comfort in mind. With an open floor plan, it’s perfect for entertaining both inside as well as outside on the patio. 3 families can stay, be comfortable, and have privacy in this spacious 2100 square foot, 1-story home.
The house has 4 bedrooms, one of which (the bunkhouse), is perfect for large groups of kids with 6 beds and a modular sofa-bed. The other 3 bedrooms are complete with closets, dressers, and desks in each for private, remote working. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a king bed and walk-in closet.
There is a full laundry room with a brand new, large washer and dryer.
In the kitchen you'll find everything you need including pots, pans, baking sheets, casserole dishes, high-end utensils, cutting blocks, popcorn machine, crock-pot, coffee pot, and more! The appliances are top of the line and include a gas stove, oven, and microwave. The refrigerator has an ice maker with filtered water. The dishwasher and garbage disposal will make clean up a breeze.
Out back, there is a fully fenced in yard, an outdoor table set, fire pit, and propane BBQ.
The front door is accessed by key-code lock. A passcode will be provided to you prior to check-in.
Park anywhere in the driveway, but please no street parking unless for short periods of time.
Check-in is 4:00 PM, but can be flexible based on other booked stays.
Check-out is 10:00 AM, again can be flexible if possible.
