Of its 140 m2, 30 m2 are dedicated to a fully functioning flat on the ground floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge), a living area with a 2 person sofa-bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The glass doors open on to a small courtyard with an amazing view of Bernex.
On the first floor (the main floor) there is a living room (sofa-bed for 2, TV, wood burner) that opens onto a dining area and kitchen that is equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. These rooms have access to two large balconies that overlook Bernex and its mountains. There is also a bedroom (double bed) and a shower room with toilet on this floor.
The second floor is made up of two bedrooms with double beds and small balconies (one of them also has a single bed, the other a cot), a small mezzanine with two more double beds and a bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet).
There is outside parking for 3 cars.

A twenty minute drive away from Evian, Bernex is the family ski resort of the area and has everything available on site to spend a great vacation either in the winter or the summer. The ski slopes are open from December onwards, and in the summer there are many hiking trails, off-road bike rides or just simple nature walks to look forward to.
