It has been freshly renovated, and it is situated 5 minutes walk from Garibaldi metro station, which metro line goes to the very central place Bellecour in less than 10 minutes.

You will enjoy a nice living room hosting a comfortable 140*190 sofa bed with an HD TV, and a nice very equipped little kitchen with everything you need to cook and a dining table you can use up to 6 persons.
On the same floor, you will find a nice modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Each stair leads to a separate cosy attic bedroom, both equipped with comfortable 160*200 queen size beds.
Last but not least : a great little private terrace behind the house, with its garden furniture for 6 persons and its artificial turf to make the most of Lyon's sunny weather :)
