The sitting room is a wonderful place to unwind after a day exploring, with its warming woodburning stove and the conservatory is perfect for some quiet time and enjoying a good book. From this Oban cottage, walk up to the prominent McCaigs Tower, designed originally to be a lasting monument to John Stuart McCaig and his family. He died before the project was completed, leaving only the outer wall fully constructed. Today the structure holds delightful public gardens, offering spectacular views across Oban harbour to the Isle of Mull and beyond.
