In a very quiet and bucolic environment, this very well equipped rental will be ideal for a stay with friends or family. At the foothills of the Pyrenees, nestled in the middle of the meadows between Foix and Saint-Girons, the location is ideal for enjoying the nature, the sites and the markets of the Ariege. Authenticity will be on the agenda.

- numerous prehistoric sites such as the Parc de la Préhistoire (35 min) or the ornate caves of Niaux (45 min),

- numerous walks and hikes throughout the area
Household linen is included (tea towels, bath mats).
Bed and bath linen is not included in the price, as our guests generally like to save the cost of this. However, we do offer an optional full set of bed and bath linen for 23€ttc/person per stay. This can be ordered and paid for after booking.
A compulsory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the accommodation as they found it on their arrival (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no visible traces of dirt, bins removed, etc.). If the accommodation is left dirty, the Tenant will have a deduction made from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the accommodation, at the rate of 35€/hour. The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by sms or email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). We also propose to our tenants who do not want to think about the cleaning before their departure, a "complete cleaning" package which will be charged at 30€/hour. Please refer to the description of the advert for the price of the full cleaning, or contact us directly. For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional 100€.
