The space
The house is located in a quiet gated community, with friendly neighbors, and lots of privacy.
The dining space overlooks the beautiful lake view with comfortable seating for 6. And kitchen island seats 4 people.
There is an equipped kitchen with a stove/oven combo, a microwave, and the dishwasher, toaster, blender, fridge, pantry. Whip up a home-cooked meal anytime you please.
Please keep the outside grill clean!
Keeping your grill clean not only makes your food taste better, but reduces the risk of flare-ups.
Remove grease or fat buildup from both the grill and the tray below the grill.
Before your check out please clean the BBQ Grill. If the Grill is not in same condition as you found it, a $40 fee will be charged.

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am, please be respectful of our neighbors. Please respect the neighborhood regarding noise as you would in your own house.

5 night minimum stays required. No parties allowed. There is no street parking allowed, but plenty of room for 4 cars. No boat or RV parking allowed as well.

Please keep ALL exterior doors and windows closed at ALL TIMES to prevent insects and critters from getting inside.
To avoid sand trails in the house, please remove sandy shoes and flip flops at the door inside the large aluminum bin.
Please limit food and beverages within the kitchen/dining area.
Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping inside the house.
There will be additional $200 charge will be added for damages if smoke is detected inside the home.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE.

Venice has lots of little shops and stores and the cultural capital of Florida Sarasota is just 15 minutes away. Opera, The Ringling Museum, theaters, and wonderful restaurants are just a short car trip away. Need to shop? The UTC Mall is one of the largest in Florida and is within an easy drive. Everything you want for a perfect get away is so close! Come and enjoy!
