Bedroom with queen size bed, living room with sofa bed, English satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen. Both rooms with overhead fans to augment summer breezes. Modern bathroom has a spacious shower. Private balcony with panoramic views of the Roero wine hills and distant alps. Outdoor shared deck and patio where you can enjoy the sunset while you sip an aperitivo.
Owners have retired after 19 years of running an Agriturismo B&B in Piedmont, they live next door and have a wealth of local knowledge to share with you and can make bookings for restaurants, wineries, museums etc as well as arranging tours.
Rina is a renowned cuoca (cook) in Piedmontese cuisine with has been conducting cooking classes for 12 years, which you are welcome to participate.
Breakfast is available on request.
San Pietro is located halfway between Asti and Alba, about 15 minutes drive from each city. There is also a regular bus service between them stopping on the corner, We are 30 minutes from Turin by car or train and one hour to Milan of Genoa.
Nearest train station is Asti. Nearest airports are Turin (60 minutes), Milan Malpensa (90 minutes) and Genoa (60 minutes).
A car is recommended, but not essential. We have bicycles for guest use and e-bike rentals are available.
