Summary: Didn’t know that we would have others downstairs unit, since it indicated whole house. It worked out perfectly since they were quiet and respectful. Hot water was actually warm, but we figured if you ran it first a while it was good.Lots of neighborhood traffic with loud musicSuggestion: Living chairs were not comfortable so suggesting getting a couch or maybe two more recliners that worked perfectly.The house and yard was kept up beautifully. Enjoyed our backyard stay. Beach was walking distance so that was nice.
