A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage ‘The Wee Hoose’, a lovely restored bespoke property in the village of Dunbeath, Situated directly on the NC500 route.
The Wee Hoose is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the local walks and scenery or exploring the NC500, gin and whisky distilleries and local historic sites or sea life.
Boasting recently renovated accommodation comprising of 1 bedroom with small but luxury en-suite bathroom.
Plenty of space for relaxing in the open plan livingroom/ kitchen which includes a table and chairs, luxury leather sofa, a pew and window seat from which to enjoy the view across to Dunbeath Castle and the sea.
This cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a couple to sit back and relax. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, a gas cooker, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a microwave.
Due to it’s remote location the cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax. It offers a television and Bluetooth speaker. But please note phone reception can depend on provider and there is no Wi-Fi available.
There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and shelving containing a selection of books. The bedding is high quality, white bed linen and a Harris Tweed throw.
There is one bathroom containing a high level toilet, sink and large walk in shower with powerful double headed shower with rainfall shower and handheld shower heads.
The kitchen is bespoke handmade from antique pine with a ceramic sink. Quality kitchen pots and utensils complete the luxury feel.
We include a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, wash liquid, tea towel, toilet roll and hand wash.
We also provide a complimentary welcome pack of Scottish items (Any food allergies please let us know before arrival)
Quality, white bed linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
