The house is located in Routier, a small village with 250 inhabitants. It stands on the south side of a hill and the large terrace slopes down to the pool.
The house offers a bright and spacious living room with open kitchen. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the vineyards and the surrounding landscape of the Pyrenees. The family home is well furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. From the hall you enter the large living, dining room and kitchen.
In the living room there is a large sofa, TV, DVD player, radio and WiFi internet connection. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and crockery and cutlery for 6 people.
