From the house and garden there are magnificent panoramic views of the countryside and the Pyrenees. The accommodation includes a large open plan living area with kitchen and doors leading to the terrace and the garden. The living area has two sofas, a TV and a DVD player. There is a well equipped kitchen with lots of storage and preparation space. 2 bedrooms one with 2 single beds the other a double bed plus ample storage space. A shower room with a walk in shower, vanity unit and toilet. The villa is well insulated and has electric heating making it comfortable all year round. The property shares a 3150m² plot with the owners’ house of which 350m² is a private garden for the villa including lawns, wooden terrace, seating area with stone built barbecue and plenty of parking.
