The entrance is completely separate and the (basement) apartment is perfect: back out into the countryside, 200m as the crow flies to the popular canal and only 2km to the center always along the popular, busy and very nice shops laced Warendorf Str.
Also the favored nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are easy to reach.
