Die frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung und separatem Eingang erstreckt sich über 130 qm und befindet sich im OG eines ca. 500 Jahre alten Bauernhauses in idyllischer Alleinlage (Einödhof) in der Gemeinde Flintsbach Orteil Fischbach. Die FeWo verfügt über 3 separate Schlafzimmer (24 qm/23 qm/16 qm) mit je einem Doppelbett. Das größte Zimmer verfügt über ein Bad en Suite mit Whirlpool und eigenem Zugang zur Sauna. Den anderen Zimmern steht ein Duschbad zur Verfügung. Im mittelgroßen Zimmer lädt ein Südbalkon mit traumhaften Bergblick zum Erholen und Entspannen ein. Die sehr großzügig geschnittene Wohnküche ist bestens ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Milchaufschäumer, Toaster, Wasserkocher) und bietet ausreichend Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen. In der Wohnecke steht eine gemütliche Schlafcouch, die zusätzlichen Schlafplatz für 2 Personen ermöglicht, sowie ein Fernseher mit SAT TV. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind im Preis inbegriffen, ebenso wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und Seife, etc. Sollte Ihnen doch etwas fehlen, zögern Sie nicht und sprechen Sie uns an. Wir sind gerne behilflich! Für die ganz kleinen Gäste stehen zwei Kinderbetten, ein Laufstall sowie ein Hochstuhl bereit. Und damit es nicht langweilig wird, haben wir auch eine kleine Spielecke eingerichtet. Auf Wunsch finden in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer noch Zustellbetten für je eine Person Platz. So könnten maximal 10 Personen untergebracht werden. Auf unserem Hof, umgeben von Obstgärten, wohnen Hunde, Katzen, Hühner und Pferde. Haustiere sind nach Absprache willkommen (5,00 EUR pro Tag). Hunde müssen auf dem Hof an der Leine geführt werden. Für Fahrrad- und Motorradfahrer kann nach Absprache eine Unterstellmöglichkeit zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Unser Hof ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.
