The apartment faces west and is very centrally located and situated a few minutes’ walk from all major amenities such as the square, pharmacies, butcher, fishmonger, supermarkets, casino, aquarium , bars, restaurants and bus stops and the seafront. The accommodation has been recently refurbished and upgraded and fully licenses with MTA permits .Situated on the third floor of a recently refurbished block served with lift. This apartment consists of a 75 square meter layout enjoying lots of natural light, an entrance to a living area equipped with TV, sofa, landline and 24/7 wifi internet, a front balcony with two chairs, dining area with table and 6 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hood, electric hob and fridge freezer, microwave oven and all essential kitchen utensils. The hall leads to a laundry room with an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sleeping quarters consist of a spare bedroom (with two bunk beds, and a large master bedroom with a double bedroom plenty of wardrobe space and a back balcony with hanging lines, both bedrooms come equipped with air-conditioning. There is also a good size shower room, with water heater. This apartment is equipped for both winter and summer holidays and includes the supply of fresh linen, towels, carpets. Quilts are available for the winter period. Also on request we can provide for free a cot and highchair. Other equipment worth mentioning and available all year round are a hairdryer, adapters, iron and brochure with maps and details, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. If one wishes we are able to organize transfers to and from the airport at a small charge.
