Positive: It was a very spacious and clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was great (walking distance from the main station and middle of the town) and large enough for four people (two adults and two children). Excellent value for the price (around €120 per night per room).

Negative: The real challenge was the check-in process. I didn’t receive any check-in information through my Booking.com account or by email. Presumably, it was likely sent to my mobile phone, but I later realized that my number had been entered incorrectly. Unfortunately, the hotel phone number listed on Booking.com and at the hotel as emergency contacts didn’t work!! — I only reached an automated message saying the person was unavailable. We went to a nearby hotel, which apparently manages check-ins for this property and was aware of our reservation. For some reason, we still had to wait there about 30 minutes just to receive the key. After entering the room, strangely, the water was initially cut off, and we had to turn the tap handle to get it running. The TV remote control also didn’t work (perhaps the batteries were dead). Despite these inconveniences, the room itself was excellent, clean, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Very spacious and clean apartment for family, but check-in was very challenging!
