Located in the middle section of Tims Ford Lake in Cline Ridge. Cabin lake home with quite cove in your back yard, that's loaded with windows and is perfect for large family gatherings. Screened in deck on the upper lever and cover deck on the lower level with a nice swinging bench to enjoy the views. Cabin includes 4 bedrooms and an additional sleeping area in the rec room, 2 full baths, one with a rain shower. Only steps down to the water and private boat dock with boat and Jet Ski lift. Bring your boat and/or Jet Ski or rent from one of the marinas on the lake.
Open floor plan the main floor is a spacious kitchen with all of the amenities and dining room that opens to the A-frame contemporary great room with large TV and magnificent views of the lake. Also, the main floor has 2 bedrooms, one full bath, large den with stacked stone wood burning fireplace and screened in porch. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one is a large bedroom with bunk beds that the kids are sure to enjoy. The more than 100 year old courthouse is the center of a busy little town filled with shops, antiques, country dining, store browsing and relaxation.
