An 800 square foot cottage in Anchorage's South Addition, just south of downtown. Within walking distance of a bakery, grocery store, tennis courts, the Conoco/Phillips building, the 5th Avenue Mall, the Anchorage Museum, and other attractions. The house has a small yard and, a deck with a grill for outdoor dining, Also included are a small office, laundry facilities, and kitchen equipped with many of the conveniences of home.

In addition, we have steam-cleaned the mattress covers, pillows, upholstered furniture, area rugs, etc. Hard surfaces like counters, tile, flooring, cabinets, door knobs, etc. have been cleaned with a solution of vinegar and water, and commercial cleaners. During this time of increased concern about the possible transmission of viruses we have added the use of bleach solution on these hard surfaces.
