Take a 500-meter private towpath, closed by a barrier, and discover this little paradise on the banks of a former dam on the Saône. On the ground floor of the house: a bright and airy living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room with a wood-burning stove and adjoining dining room. One bedroom with a double bed. Shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, all parquet flooring: a mezzanine with a sofa bed and TV. One bedroom with a single bed and one bedroom with a double bed. Large enclosed plot of 2,000 m². Access to the Saône is closed by a fence and a gate. Families can enjoy the view in complete peace and quiet. A soft pebble path leads to the cottage. Charges and supplements: Sheets: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed.
