These are large villas (two villas combined) at the Mirador San Jose community located on the Pacific coast of Ecuador in the Province of Manabi. The gated community has many amenities including many parks, an adult and a children pool, a full size soccer field, tennis courts, basket ball nets and lots more.
El Tesoro is excellent for large groups of family or friends and a great place to host your wedding or other private event.
These are side by side villas built in March 2014 each with 3 bedrooms bringing the total of bedrooms to 6. Will you be travelling with a large group? This vacation listing combines both villas to allow up to 12 people to stay together. The main floor of each villa has a large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a raised breakfast bar. The bright dining rooms have large patio doors leading to the private and beautiful landscaped backyard as well as the infinity pool! The second level in each villa has 3 bedrooms for a total of 6. There is a total of 6 queen size beds which will accommodate 12 people (based on double occupancy). There are 2 master bedrooms each of them with a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space which is great for extended stays. Let's not forget the large roof top terrace where guests can often spot whales! Guests can use the washer and dryer which are found in each villa.
The villa is located South of the City of Manta on the Western coast of Ecuador. The Mirador San Jose property is bordered by beautiful tropical vegetation from palm trees to the colourful hibiscus.
