Summary: This home is beautiful and spacious. We loved our stay there - it was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and warm enough to swim in! There are lots of tv's (we only used one, but there must be 7 of them!) The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Lots of small appliances - microwave, toaster, blender, even a small air fryer. (But not a dishwasher.) This house is not by the beach, but there is a beach about a 10 min drive away. Covered parking was a big plus! The pool house is large, and a great addition. I used it for an office while we were there and had no problems with the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is great everywhere on the property. The only ground-level bedroom is the pool house. We had one power outage that lasted 7 or 8 hours. Sebastian was great - he was responsive and helped us through a series of difficulties. He called the power company for us when we had the power outage. We were never able to solve the hot water issues while we were there. The hot water heater would give us very hot water, but only for 2-3 minutes - it worked for doing dishes, but was not long enough for a whole shower. (But the cold water there is a lot warmer than our cold water in Minnesota! So it wasn't that bad.) I hope they are able to fix it soon. Sebastian worked hard to try to fix it. Oh, the A/C - there is A/C everywhere and it works great! If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs-the neighbors' roosters crow pretty much 24/7. We would definitely stay there again.
