In the heart of the Cotentin and Bessin Marshes Natural Park, between Carentan and Sainte-Mère-Eglise, this destination will surprise you with its landscapes that change with the seasons. On fine days, vast meadows offer themselves as far as the eye can see and in winter, water gradually invades the fields – hence the name "white marshes". With its church by the river, Liesville sur Douve is a picturesque village. The Anguille bar (open all year round and located nearby) has had some success as it is an unusual place to have a drink. Further on, the pier for river cruises awaits you... Natacha welcomes you to this completely renovated gite, near the farm she manages with her husband. The visit of the farm and the purchase of farm products (meat, organic vegetables, dairy products, cider/pommeau) are possible. You even have your old-fashioned milk jug to collect the fresh milk from the morning milking.
