COSY INTERIOR
Upon entering the apartment, the inviting lounge and kitchen area warmly welcome you, promising both comfort and entertainment. Settle into the plush sofa and indulge in movies on the generously sized wall-mounted TV. For dining, the elevated table with stools offers a cozy spot, and the kitchenette is fully equipped with essential amenities. It includes a 4-ring gas hob, a small tabletop oven, a microwave, a sink, and all the necessary utensils and crockery for your culinary needs.
In the middle, a newly refurbished bathroom boasts a relaxing bathtub and overhead shower. (Please note a washing machine is also plumbed here!)

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There is a main door from the street, and the apartment is accessed by stairs, there is no elevator within this building. Parking can be found outside on the street, or at the rear on a parking space, both without any charges.
