Outside there is an acre of lawned gardens set into three tiers, encompassing an upper terrace with patio, a sloping middle terrace, and a lower wild meadow with gently babbling brook at the bottom The property is situated in a small farming community, which is one mile from Roncey village (with bar/restaurant, boulangerie, pharmacy, post office, delicatessen and mini-market), 15 minutes from the wonderful large Cathedral town of Coutances, 20 minutes from Montmartin-sur-Mer beach, 25 minutes from Zoo Champrépus, 30 minutes to the lovely Saint-Martin de Bréhal, beach, 35 minutes to Granville and 40 minutes to the truly delightful Jullouville / Carrolles beaches.
