A gorgeous property set over two levels is perfect for families or friends looking for a peaceful holiday with private hot tub, in the beautiful rural countryside of Norfolk. Briston is a charming village in North Norfolk, and there are walks around the area from your doorstep. The Georgian market town of Holt is just four miles away, offering a range of galleries, eateries, independent shops and access to Holt Country Park, which has 100 acres of mixed woodland for exploring. This property is a great base to explore the countryside and coastline.
This spacious property, formerly a barn, is now a stylishly furnished contemporary getaway for families and friends. Downstairs has a delightful open-plan living/dining area with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing while chatting, playing games or watching your favourite box sets on the Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need to make meal preparation a breeze. There are two bedrooms downstairs - both super-king-size with a Smart TV - one with an en-suite shower and one with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find three super-king-size bedrooms with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. Outside is also a wonderful space with a private hot tub, lawn, decked area, garden furniture, and a BBQ to make the most of outdoor dining. Holt (4 miles) is at one end of The Poppy Line, a route that links to the coastal town of Sheringham, home to a lovely beach, a golf course and for walkers’ access to the North Norfolk Coast Path. Many wonderful beaches are within a short drive, including Wells-next-the-Sea (14 miles), where you walk along the quay and Cromer (15 miles). Salthouse and Cley-next-the-Sea are great birdwatching locations less than 10 miles away.
