Bedroom with doublebed and a room with room for three people divided into single beds and a wide bunk bed (90x200). Practical walk-in closet with really good storage space for everyone. With underfloor heating throughout the house, from an air-to-water heat pump, very low heating costs can be expected. The house is insulated all year and can therefore be used both in summer and winter. Bathroom with shower. Washing machine/dryer in the hall. TV with Apple TV box with the option of casting/Airplay from your own iPad/iPhone. In addition, there are DR1 channels and a TV2Play subscription with the option to watch all TV2 programs on demand as well as live programs. Good wi-fi connection throughout the house with a fast fiber network connection. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sunbeds and a barbecue for a lovely summer evening.
