Goodrington Beach is a sandy beach and also offers family entertainment on the front, as well as Quaywest Water Park. During the summer season the local steam train can be seen running; take a trip to Dartmouth and visit the castle, or the many shops and tea rooms. Paignton also has an award-winning zoo, which makes a great day out. Close by is Agatha Christie’s family home, Greenway, which makes a nice trip.
