At Dar Assarou there is a choice of locations for dining. In wintertime meals are usually taken by the warmth of a log fire in the dining room. The Atlas mountain views from the two roof terraces are amazing, and on most days, Mount Toubkal, North Africa's highest mountain is visible.
We cater for non-residents and regularly prepare lunches and dinners for walking and trekking groups. Classic Moroccan dishes are prepared, heavily influenced by delicious Berber recipes.
